Todd Wilcox

Todd is an experienced business leader with a long career focused on technology. Armed with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M and an MBA from SMU, he spent 20 years working at AT&T, First Data, and XO Communications. In those companies, Todd worked his way from functional to executive positions in Customer Care, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. In 2005, Todd co-founded ProConvergence with the vision of delivering network-connected home solutions. As President, he guided the company as new technology evolved and helped build a successful business. He is excited to now lead the Operations and Financial functions for ProStream Digital. Todd is married with two daughters and sons-in-law and enjoys traveling, being creative in the kitchen, and excellent wine!

Bob Bobo

Bob received his degree from Texas A&M before spending several years working for Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems (now AT&T Wireless) developing wireless communication solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. His passion for technology and sports led him to DFW based Radio Station KTCK – Sportsradio 1310 – The Ticket – where he worked as a marketing manager helping develop the station’s web presence and client interaction model. As the Internet exploded, Bob developed and marketed software at Cisco Systems to integrate call center solutions with the Internet. In 2005 he co-founded ProConvergence, helping to design and create technology solutions in the residential market.  Using his expertise in customer service, Bob helped to build a successful platform for supporting technology in the home. He will continue his role in Service and Technology with ProStream Digital. Bob is married with two kids in college, loves traveling, photography, making things and brewing great beer.

Caleb Rydbeck

Caleb has always loved working with technology, solving problems, and figuring out how to make things work. He started working on electronics at age 11, soldering together kits from Radio Shack in his Dad’s garage. Caleb worked his way through college building houses and later went to work for a commercial HVAC manufacturer where he was quickly promoted to regional sales manager. While there he graduated from LeTourneau University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, with a focus on Design Technology and Computer Science. In 2002 Caleb launched his first company, eStream, dedicated to designing payment processing solutions tailored to small businesses. Under his direction eStream quickly expanded to service and support well over 1500 clients all over the country. In 2013, he saw a service gap in the growing housing market in the Dallas Fort Worth area. He launched eStream Digital focused on designing, servicing, and installing technology in homes. In his free time he loves spending time at the lake, gym, with his wife and watching his two girls grow up.
